“Foster Progress is an organization I am continuously grateful for—especially as I begin my career. I have met so many amazing individuals, and still do, through this program, and it truly has been one of the biggest joys of my journey.

Since my time with Foster Progress, I have had the opportunity to continue growing both personally and professionally. From earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work to advocating for young people with lived experience, speaking at events, contributing to policy conversations, and beginning my professional career in child welfare, I have been able to pursue opportunities I once could only imagine. Through it all, I have continued to carry the relationships, encouragement, and sense of community that Foster Progress has given me. I am excited to continue growing, giving back, and finding new ways to support and advocate alongside young people with lived experience.”
